A little back story on my family will hopefully give you some perspective. As a work at home mom of 3 I feel like I am a constantly being pulled in a million different directions, and I worry that it shows when I am out in public. Between my 6 year old and 3 year old sons I feel like they can definitely be a handful. Especially when they are excited or start to get tired. My 10 month old is thankfully the happiest most content baby in the world usually but she is just coming out of being sick for a few weeks and has been quite moody to put it lightly. Now let me tell you all of this together without the reinforcement of their amazing father can get very interesting and intense at times. My husband works late and honestly does not like to deal with crowds or large groups of people when hes actually home, so usually I handle most outings and things without him. <br />
Last night a friend and I packed up all 3 kids and took them to the mall to see Santa. (yes, I know I should have gone sooner.) We trekked through the mall and waited in line and then they had to wait to pay and so on. Every year after we see Santa we usually go to Rainforest Cafe for dinner, but due to the loud storms and dark restaurant my daughter was not having it. So now I have disappointed little boys who can't eat where they wanted. They reluctantly agreed to go for Hibachi which they call the cooker man. <br />
At the restaurant my anxiety was going nuts. We were seated with a nice 50 something couple and two single men. All I could do is hope for the best as my kids were overly hungry and getting restless from all the waiting, and we were dangerously approaching their bedtime. As were sitting there my friend sat between my boys and I sat with my oldest and the baby. As soon as people start ordering, my daughter starts fussing. Again my anxiety is climbing, thinking I disrupting peoples dinner. I quickly give her a bottle and she begins to calm down. Then no more than 5 minutes later she manages to grab the corner of my plate and spill soup on me. As I'm wiping it up, I see that my younger son is fidgeting and is bumping the young man next to him. I quickly calm him down and they start cooking and it distracts him. Now this type of mini chaos continues for about the entire hour and a half we are there. I am sitting in horror feeling like my children are out of control because tiny things go wrong. <br />
Then as the younger guys are leaving one looks at us and says "Its great that they want to explore things and do things, not just sit on phones or tablets." I say thank you as I stand there frozen and confused. Somehow what I was considering a disruption, someone else was thinking it was great that I don't allow my children to have devices at a dinner table. Then a couple moments later as I'm fastening my daughter back into the stroller the couple stops me to tell "All your kids are so well behaved." I thanked them and kind of uncomfortably laughed for a second and said bye and Merry Christmas. As I turned around I see all 3 kids waving bye to them and my sons telling them to have a Merry Christmas.<br />
Now as their mother of course I think my kids are pretty fantastic, but I do worry that the little things are bothersome when we are out and about. Especially in a higher end restaurant in the evening. I don't think any of them were expecting to sharing a table with 3 kids when they walked in. <br />
After hearing those things from complete strangers who just met my kids, and not 100% on their best behavior it made me stop and think. I realized that my sons both thanked the server as well as the chef at the table every time they were given anything (even the things they don't like) My younger son was fidgety and chatty, but he sat in his seat the entire time and talked at an appropriate volume to everyone about seeing Santa, and everything Ghostbuster related. My oldest was attentive to his sister and would grab toys she dropped and make faces at her as she started to fuss. <br />
Today I got to look at my kids in a new light, I got to focus only on the positive and all the little things they do that make them such great kids, which I will be the first to admit, that I probably take for granted. Instead of enjoying my meal and time with my kids I was so worried about what other people though. I was so worried for no reason. My kids had a great night and they made everyone around them smile too. <br />
Mom's please give yourself a break. We all need to realize that nobody but us is expecting our kids to behave perfectly. And also take a minute to acknowledge when you see moms or dads out with kids and they are well behaved, because that parent is probably thinking the same thing I was last night. Hearing those little things from strangers was probably the highlight of my week. They are giving away $10 right now just to download the app. It’s so easy to use I just know you will love it. Just today I have earned 5% back on my sons basketball shoes from DICKS and $4 for the groceries I had to buy anyways. If you haven’t already started using ibotta now is the time. This book is seriously a game changer. I love the message of it and believe it applies to so many of us especially moms. I don’t know about you but I am seriously guilty of believing self told lies. I am constantly worried people are judging me as both a parent and a woman. The reality is that while yes people do judge others we judge ourselves way more often and harshly than anyone else does.

This 4 Gift Christmas List has seriously changed Christmas in this house for the better. I love the simplicity of it any my kids actually give me real ideas that they will actually use beyond New Years. I believe it helps them to actually think before just asking for all the latest craze toys.<br />
<br />
Something they want: we use this as primarily a toy. This year my oldest asked for a certain line of legos and my youngest asked for his own camera.<br />
<br />
Something they need: At our house this sometimes gets a little tricky but some things they have asked for are new comforters. New basketball shoes for my oldest who us playing basketball, etc. While they may not actually need these things it helps them to think about what they believe their needs are.<br />
<br />
Something to wear: we treat this as something special to wear that mom wouldn’t normally buy. Like that Nike hoodie they have been wanting or new converse. Although this year my 6 year old decided he wanted underwear 😂<br />
<br />
Something to read: This one is pretty simple, and quite possibly my favorite one. My oldest is asking for the Harry Potter series and my younger son for Paw Patrol 5 minute stories.<br />
<br />
Once they pick their 4 things. I do my best to follow the list knowing they actually had to put some thought in and not just circling out of a catalog. Although I am a little guilty of adding in a few small surprises along the way. Today is our first day! And we couldn't be more exciting. We did a couple chalkboard activities that went very well. <div><br></div><div><div class="separator" style="clear: both;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEi59WIVaPJUNQ5i7ViKO0LCEydklRwgYzce6YKZAnaqsYzTc_aw9hJOOipSMH3r1MVMjSURN8HkqGbh-1GMx-cR8HanYcarSXkc0nHbE18EKjGWmQWtqxKzIeBN1C07lGIBRWZLdCK20XqH/s640/blogger-image--1341260954.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEi59WIVaPJUNQ5i7ViKO0LCEydklRwgYzce6YKZAnaqsYzTc_aw9hJOOipSMH3r1MVMjSURN8HkqGbh-1GMx-cR8HanYcarSXkc0nHbE18EKjGWmQWtqxKzIeBN1C07lGIBRWZLdCK20XqH/s640/blogger-image--1341260954.jpg"></a></div>First I drew a letter A at the top for him to use for reference then made the dots for him to connect. Positive reinforcement goes a long way and will help them so much more then telling them everything they did wrong.</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both;"><br></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both;">We have a few more activities planned for today. I will keep you posted and hopefully give you some good ideas for teaching your preschooler. </div><br></div>Jessica Annhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/00122903377080487711noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1393157710494447874.post-14555610630572634022015-09-08T07:21:00.001-07:002015-09-08T07:21:54.718-07:003 year preschool homeschoolWhen my son turned 3 I started looking into preschool and was incredibly frustrated by the things I found. The programs were either way too expensive, way below my sons level, or way too structured. So I decided that at home preschool would be worth a shot. I agree that there are some social aspects that are very important to his overall development so I did decide to enroll him in a sports program. If you are already on it make sure you hurry and invite your friends before someone else does. </div>Jessica Annhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/00122903377080487711noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1393157710494447874.post-4984353692146832812015-08-04T15:52:00.001-07:002015-08-04T15:52:18.283-07:00<div class="separator" style="clear: both;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjo9dPiBREhry11YsK9O4VBMAmrrKk-z1b26_ddQE-FA3hR5gykA_u0bQaYV9otu6BtdIzvS5k0mmkyaCaWrf4EW6dxgpooTpS7PiRJn-HRB99qajhB9UF3wptAbug_6ANIB2fS0THSsxP2/s640/blogger-image--1853270575.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjo9dPiBREhry11YsK9O4VBMAmrrKk-z1b26_ddQE-FA3hR5gykA_u0bQaYV9otu6BtdIzvS5k0mmkyaCaWrf4EW6dxgpooTpS7PiRJn-HRB99qajhB9UF3wptAbug_6ANIB2fS0THSsxP2/s640/blogger-image--1853270575.jpg"></a></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both;">So like many of you I like to save money or make money any way I can but grocery coupons are a struggle for me. I however have found 6 apps that will pay me to grocery shop. </div><div class="separator" style="clear: both;"><br></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both;">1. Shopkick - This is an app that will give you kicks for walking into stores and for scanning products. You can redeem your kicks for tons of instant GIFTCARDS and prizes. You even get 50 free kicks to get started<span style="font-family: 'Helvetica Neue Light', HelveticaNeue-Light, helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">. Get started here. </span></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both;"><a href="http://get.shopkick.com/sacramento5489">http://get.shopkick.com/sacramento5489</a></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both;"><br></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both;">2. Checkpoints - similar to shopkick you get points to go to to the store and to scan the products that they are featuring. It's really easy to use and you can even get points for watching videos and more. They pay through GIFTCARDS and the payout is super quick. Please use code <span style="font-family: 'Helvetica Neue Light', HelveticaNeue-Light, helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">jessicaann88 at sign up. </span></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both;"><span style="font-family: 'Helvetica Neue Light', HelveticaNeue-Light, helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><br></span></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both;"><span style="font-family: 'Helvetica Neue Light', HelveticaNeue-Light, helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">3. Ibotta -this app gives you cash back on the groceries you buy. My favorite part of this app is that they have hundreds of different offers including offers on produce and any brand items. I have gotten cash back on every trip to the store since I got this app. I rarely look at this before shopping because I don't want to just buy things to get cash back. I scroll through when I'm done add my offers and snap a picture of my receipt. They pay through PayPal with a $10 minimum. </span></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both;"><span style="font-family: 'Helvetica Neue Light', HelveticaNeue-Light, helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><br></span></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both;"><span style="font-family: 'Helvetica Neue Light', HelveticaNeue-Light, helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">4. Checkout51 - this app is very similar to ibotta. It pays you cash back on the groceries you buy. They don't have as many offers as ibotta but I still end up with a couple items a week. They also offer any brand rebates and rebates on fresh food as well. Plus you can sometimes get cash back on both apps for the same product. </span></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both;"><span style="font-family: 'Helvetica Neue Light', HelveticaNeue-Light, helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><br></span></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both;"><span style="font-family: 'Helvetica Neue Light', HelveticaNeue-Light, helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">5. SavingStar - This app is similar to the last two but some stores it is automated with your store loyalty cards. They have different offers all the time and a lot where you buy $15 from a certain company or group of companies and they give you $5. The minimum to cash out is $5 and they pay via PayPal and gift cards. </span></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both;"><span style="font-family: 'Helvetica Neue Light', HelveticaNeue-Light, helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><br></span></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both;"><span style="font-family: 'Helvetica Neue Light', HelveticaNeue-Light, helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">6. RecieptHog - I have been using this app for years and love it. All you do is snap your receipt and you get points based on the total. That's it. Plus you get tokens to a slot game when you can earn more with every receipt. Takes 10 seconds and can be used after all the other apps as well. Use code sonk2593 to sign up. </span></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both;"><span style="font-family: 'Helvetica Neue Light', HelveticaNeue-Light, helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><br></span></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both;"><span style="font-family: 'Helvetica Neue Light', HelveticaNeue-Light, helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">The best way to use these apps is together. Use shopkick and checkpoints to get paid to go shopping. Use ibotta checkout51 and SavingStar to get cash back and then use receipt hog to snap a picture and your done. Happy Shopping. Let me know how it goes for you! </span></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both;"><br></div>Jessica Annhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/00122903377080487711noreply@blogger.com1tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1393157710494447874.post-60321501063600730062015-08-04T11:56:00.001-07:002015-08-04T11:58:20.899-07:00Get FREE Target Gift Cards just for walking in the doorIf you are like me and are constantly running to the grocery store, target or the mall. It adds up so fast and you can redeem them for tons of different gift cards and prizes. My favorite is target gift cards. I always get atleast a few $5 gift cards a month and you get a barcode instantly that you can scan right at the register. I have even cashed out in line and used it right then. The app is called Daily Fix Fashion Rewards. You can select any prize from Amazon. All you do is like posts on the feed and click ads if you want. The points add up so fast and you can get anything. I have been using it to get kids books, a couple toys to put away for my boys for Christmas and paper products and household supplies. I love this app so far and cannot wait to keep earning more prizes. I usually can get enough points daily to redeem a prize of $10-$20 from Amazon.</div>Jessica Annhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/00122903377080487711noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1393157710494447874.post-66882688764595265722015-04-22T16:57:00.001-07:002015-04-22T16:57:38.906-07:00Make Money Listening To Music <div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

<div style="text-align: center;">
Slice the pie is a great website that pays you to listen to and review music. Currently the minimum per song is $.15 which adds up super fast! After you reach $10 you can cash out to paypal. It's super easy and does not feel like work. I wouldn't consider this to be a full time income, but definitely a good source of extra cash. The best part is that the higher rating you have with them the more you make per track. Plus if you refer friends you get 10% referral earnings as well. </div>

It's a collection of apps and games that you earn points through for completeling activities (some of which you are probably already doing). Without spending more than 5-10 minutes a day I can easily earn over $5/week in Amazon cards. The apps are available through android and IOS, and your points transfer between apps automatically. Here are a few of my favorite.<br />
<br />
1. MPlaces -This app gives you points for ever place you check into and for opening prize boxes on your map. You can check into places one right after another, so if you are in a shopping center just open the app and check into multiple places quickly.<br />
<br />
2. Pedometer by Runtastic - This app gives you points just for opening it and tracking the steps your already taking throughout your day. <br />
<br />
3. TMZ - Get your daily celebrity gossip fix with the app and ear quick points at the same time.<br />
<br />
4. MyPlate - This app is a great calorie counter and diet tracker. The app is very useful and easy to use plus you earn points for being healthy. It even reminds you to track your meals.<br />
<br />
5. Moviefone - Check local show times and watch trailers for upcoming movies and earn points while doing it.<br />
<br />
6. Games - get mpoints just for playing games such as; Scramble with Friends, family Fued, office Zombie, and many more.<br />

I ordered mine from amazon.com and saved about $15. <a href="http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0095PZHRC/ref=as_li_tl?ie=UTF8&camp=1789&creative=9325&creativeASIN=B0095PZHRC&linkCode=as2&tag=doitalmo0e-20&linkId=MYEKQ6IBLJWBMB7X">Fitbit Zip Wireless Activity Tracker, Magenta</a><img alt="" border="0" src="http://ir-na.amazon-adsystem.com/e/ir?t=doitalmo0e-20&l=as2&o=1&a=B0095PZHRC" height="1" style="border: none !important; margin: 0px !important;" width="1" /> It's easy to use and the app makes tracking a breeze. It tracks your steps, calories, distance, weight, calorie intake, and more. I have also found a few recourses to either earn money or rewards from my fitbit. As a frugal family this makes a big difference in our day to day life.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-_NebEi1_cK4/U-zi8ZcrYlI/AAAAAAAAA1M/WpdGui-hdZc/s1600/image.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-_NebEi1_cK4/U-zi8ZcrYlI/AAAAAAAAA1M/WpdGui-hdZc/s1600/image.jpg" height="320" width="213" /></a></div>
<b><br /></b>
<b>1. Achievement app. </b>Download the app today. Once you sign up for free link it to your fitbit and automatically earn rewards. You get points for your daily steps, weighing in and more. When you get 50,000 points you can cash out for a $50 Visa. I started a couple days ago and have a around 2,000 points already. I will keep you posted as I continue to use the app. <br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-59oDI3Soo14/U-zi8R9suNI/AAAAAAAAA1M/6fbaXaWC-Iw/s1600/image.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-59oDI3Soo14/U-zi8R9suNI/AAAAAAAAA1M/6fbaXaWC-Iw/s1600/image.jpg" height="320" width="213" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<b>2. EveryMove</b>. Similar to Achievement it gives you points through your fitbit automatically that you can redeem for charity donations, deals on clothes, shoes, supplements and more. I have redeemed $2 in donations towards cancer research. I love that this app allows you to give to a good cause in a unique way for something you are already doing. <div>
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-LwsfUswaVqo/U-zi8VNzQyI/AAAAAAAAA1M/qL6lBDlm9c4/s1600/image.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-LwsfUswaVqo/U-zi8VNzQyI/AAAAAAAAA1M/qL6lBDlm9c4/s1600/image.jpg" height="320" width="240" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<b>3. Pact. </b>Formerly GymPact. This app rewards you for hitting your goals, but be careful as you are also risking funds. They charge you a wager between $5 -$50 for every workout that you miss. If you are confident and can reach your goal they pay you. The amount varies, because the funding is from others missed workouts but is usually between $.25 and $.50 per workout. This app works well for me I have is set up directly through fitbit and if I hit 10,000 steps a day it counts for a workout, which is pretty easy for me. They have also started doing pacts for food logging and for taking pictures of the fruits and vegetables you eat. Check it out and let me know your thoughts. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-8Mb7ScYQ4Pc/U-zlAZ6bXHI/AAAAAAAAA14/Od7vmiTbMyU/s1600/image.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-8Mb7ScYQ4Pc/U-zlAZ6bXHI/AAAAAAAAA14/Od7vmiTbMyU/s1600/image.jpg" height="314" width="320" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<b>4. Steps from Balance Rewards. </b>This is a program throughout the Walgreens balance rewards. They give you 20 points per mile you log and it is directly linked to your fitbit and updates daily. They also give you bonuses for logging your weight and other healthy choices. I definitely recommend this even if you only go to Wags occasionally. It adds up quickly and you can redeem your points starting at 5,000 = $5. The more points you redeem you get a better value but I like having choices. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>

It was perfect because I had a lot of housework to get done and it entertained him for about an hou and allowed me to get my work done and get some play time with him. There is almost no set up or clean up. I grabbed 6 2 liter bottles out of the returnables, showed him how to set the bottles up in a triangle at the end of the hall and got a ball for him out of his room. He had a blast seeing how many he could knock down and trying different ways to set them up again. We will definitely be doing this again. I know you can buy bowling sets for around $10 as well but nothing beats free and we are quickly running out of space. Next time I might paint the bottles but for today this was just what we needed. Try it yourself and let me know what your kids think. <br />

He had a blast covering the walls and himself in paint without me worrying about him making a mess or getting covered in paint. All you need to do this at home is some washable fingerprint. I put a blob of each color on the shelf gave him a paintbrush and let him go to town. He used a paintbrush but that is totally optional. This is definitely something we will be doing again. The paint we used is. <a href="http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00EPDBZ48/ref=as_li_tl?ie=UTF8&camp=1789&creative=9325&creativeASIN=B00EPDBZ48&linkCode=as2&tag=doitalmo0e-20&linkId=7NRMMXCULWSFQAML">Crayola Fingerpaints Bold and Secondary Colors, 8-Count</a><img alt="" border="0" src="http://ir-na.amazon-adsystem.com/e/ir?t=doitalmo0e-20&l=as2&o=1&a=B00EPDBZ48" height="1" style="border: none !important; margin: 0px !important;" width="1" /> And it washed off super quick and easy.<br />

I have been using a site called Slice The Pie. It is a music review site that pays you to review. You listen to a song and write a review giving your honest opinion and constructive criticism. They pay per review and how much you earn depends on the quality of the review. You want to include whether or not you like the song, notes on the different elements, instrumental, vocal, intro etc... You must listen to 90 seconds before rating the track on a scale of 1-10 and moving on to the next track. Always make sure that your reviews are a paragraph or so long as that will affect what you get paid. There is an energy bar that goes down as you review, basically you lose 1 of 10 energy bars every time you spend less than 3 minutes on a song. The minimum cashout on the site is $10 and they pay on Tuesdays and Fridays. I always submit for a cashout the day before and have never had an issue receiving payment though it says it can be up to 5 business days. I have a lot of fun and actually enjoy most of the music on there. You also get to pick your genres that you are interested in as well so you don't get a style you can not stand. Give it a try and let me know what you all think. This is what the review page looks like. You get paid based on your level as well as your review. <br>

Its easy to use and they pay instantly through paypal once you have over $.75. A lot of the time 2-3 apps is enough to cash out. Most of the surveys are relatively short in comparison to other survey sites and not as repetitive. The payout on each is usually around $2-$3 on surveys and they also do product trials that pay more. I have gotten free products from them including makeup, baby bottles, tampons and more to try and give my opinion on. The minimum payout is $10 with paypal and they pay instantly. Also they give you bonus points for hitting goals, such as 10 surveys a month or being a member for a year. <o:p></o:p></span></b></div>

The minimum payout is $10 just like opinion outpost and they also pay instantly. I have never heard anything bad about this site, and they also offer bonus points for taking 10 surveys a month, being a member for a specified period of time and more. You can take surveys on the site but you also get points to search the web, watch videos, take polls, complete offers, use printable coupons, do free trials, play games, and much more. They give you a goal every day and you get a bonus for each day you hit your goal. They have great rewards you can get. I do the paypal option the minimum is $25 or 2500SB. I usually make about $50 a month or more on this site with little effort. There is also a mobile app to watch videos and you earn $.50 a day on that. I usually start it when Im going to bed and just let it play with the volume off. You can also redeem for thousands of other rewards like gift cards, toys, electronics and more. Secret use of Vitamin E <div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

The secret is out. The capsules you can buy of vitamin E at the drugstore will dramatically reduce your fine lines and practically stop your skin from aging. I have been doing it for a few weeks and already notice a difference. You break open a capsule or gel and rub the oil upwards and around your eyes. Be carefull not to use to much or get the oil in your eyes. The oil will virtually stop the aging process and even reverse it. I'm so excited about this discovery and somewhat disappointed I didn't know it sooner. Vitamin E after all is found in almost all the high end anti aging cream. You can also use the rest of your capsule as a cuticle and nail treatment too. We wouldn't want it to go to waste. Make sure when you purchase your vitamin e you get all natural and not synthetic. I have not tried synthetic but would not expect the same results from a lower quality product. I am currently using Solgar from Amazon and am happy with it. It is all natural and around $12 for 100.<br />

As in the set in stains that you don't know where they are from and have tried everything on. All you need is 3 things I'm sure you already have. Windex, a towel and an iron. All you do is spray Windex on the spot, and no it will not turn your carpet blue but if you are worried test it in a hidden area. Next lay down your towel, preferably a white one, and iron over the affected area. This will actually lift the stain out and into the towel. If it is a white towel you can actually see it working and coming through. And that's it. Now go try it and enjoy your newly stain free carpet.
