Last month I discovered a new app to get FREE stuff from Amazon. The app is called Daily Fix Fashion Rewards. You can select any prize from Amazon. All you do is like posts on the feed and click ads if you want. The points add up so fast and you can get anything. I have been using it to get kids books, a couple toys to put away for my boys for Christmas and paper products and household supplies. I love this app so far and cannot wait to keep earning more prizes. I usually can get enough points daily to redeem a prize of $10-$20 from Amazon.

Make Money Listening To Music
Slice the pie is a great website that pays you to listen to and review music. Currently the minimum per song is $.15 which adds up super fast! After you reach $10 you can cash out to paypal. It's super easy and does not feel like work. I wouldn't consider this to be a full time income, but definitely a good source of extra cash. The best part is that the higher rating you have with them the more you make per track. Plus if you refer friends you get 10% referral earnings as well.

FREE Giftcards with MPoints
Anyone looking to score some free Giftcards needs to check out MPoints. It's a collection of apps and games that you earn points through for completeling activities (some of which you are probably already doing). Without spending more than 5-10 minutes a day I can easily earn over $5/week in Amazon cards. The apps are available through android and IOS, and your points transfer between apps automatically. Here are a few of my favorite.
1. MPlaces -This app gives you points for ever place you check into and for opening prize boxes on your map. You can check into places one right after another, so if you are in a shopping center just open the app and check into multiple places quickly.
2. Pedometer by Runtastic - This app gives you points just for opening it and tracking the steps your already taking throughout your day.
3. TMZ - Get your daily celebrity gossip fix with the app and ear quick points at the same time.
4. MyPlate - This app is a great calorie counter and diet tracker. The app is very useful and easy to use plus you earn points for being healthy. It even reminds you to track your meals.
5. Moviefone - Check local show times and watch trailers for upcoming movies and earn points while doing it.
6. Games - get mpoints just for playing games such as; Scramble with Friends, family Fued, office Zombie, and many more.

Earn Cash and Rewards With Your Fitbit
I just recently got a fitbit zip and couldn't be happier. I ordered mine from amazon.com and saved about $15. Fitbit Zip Wireless Activity Tracker, Magenta
It's easy to use and the app makes tracking a breeze. It tracks your steps, calories, distance, weight, calorie intake, and more. I have also found a few recourses to either earn money or rewards from my fitbit. As a frugal family this makes a big difference in our day to day life.
1. Achievement app. Download the app today. Once you sign up for free link it to your fitbit and automatically earn rewards. You get points for your daily steps, weighing in and more. When you get 50,000 points you can cash out for a $50 Visa. I started a couple days ago and have a around 2,000 points already. I will keep you posted as I continue to use the app.
2. EveryMove. Similar to Achievement it gives you points through your fitbit automatically that you can redeem for charity donations, deals on clothes, shoes, supplements and more. I have redeemed $2 in donations towards cancer research. I love that this app allows you to give to a good cause in a unique way for something you are already doing.

3. Pact. Formerly GymPact. This app rewards you for hitting your goals, but be careful as you are also risking funds. They charge you a wager between $5 -$50 for every workout that you miss. If you are confident and can reach your goal they pay you. The amount varies, because the funding is from others missed workouts but is usually between $.25 and $.50 per workout. This app works well for me I have is set up directly through fitbit and if I hit 10,000 steps a day it counts for a workout, which is pretty easy for me. They have also started doing pacts for food logging and for taking pictures of the fruits and vegetables you eat. Check it out and let me know your thoughts.
4. Steps from Balance Rewards. This is a program throughout the Walgreens balance rewards. They give you 20 points per mile you log and it is directly linked to your fitbit and updates daily. They also give you bonuses for logging your weight and other healthy choices. I definitely recommend this even if you only go to Wags occasionally. It adds up quickly and you can redeem your points starting at 5,000 = $5. The more points you redeem you get a better value but I like having choices.

Pop Bottle Bowling
This morning Colton and I set up a last minute game of pop bottle bowling and he had a blast. It was perfect because I had a lot of housework to get done and it entertained him for about an hou and allowed me to get my work done and get some play time with him. There is almost no set up or clean up. I grabbed 6 2 liter bottles out of the returnables, showed him how to set the bottles up in a triangle at the end of the hall and got a ball for him out of his room. He had a blast seeing how many he could knock down and trying different ways to set them up again. We will definitely be doing this again. I know you can buy bowling sets for around $10 as well but nothing beats free and we are quickly running out of space. Next time I might paint the bottles but for today this was just what we needed. Try it yourself and let me know what your kids think.

Bathtub Painting Fun
Today My 2 year old was dying to paint so I decided to do one better and let him paint to his hearts desire in the bathtub. He had a blast covering the walls and himself in paint without me worrying about him making a mess or getting covered in paint. All you need to do this at home is some washable fingerprint. I put a blob of each color on the shelf gave him a paintbrush and let him go to town. He used a paintbrush but that is totally optional. This is definitely something we will be doing again. The paint we used is. Crayola Fingerpaints Bold and Secondary Colors, 8-Count
And it washed off super quick and easy.
